When I still lived in America, I’d visit Taiwan every two years or so. In the few weeks we stayed here, nothing mattered and all we had to do was play. Although a kindergartner wouldn’t have any stress in the first place, looking back at the times we lived in our grandfather’s house, went shopping at malls, and ate all the familiar foods, I can’t help but feel a bit sentimental at the memories I made here. I live in Taiwan now, but things are so much more different from before.
